Email or call our team with the property address, community name, and closing date. We'll confirm the fee and turnaround time and send the completed package directly to you or the title company.

How do I pay my HOA dues?
Dues can be paid online through the homeowner portal via ACH or credit/debit card, by mail, or by phone. Log in to the portal to set up autopay and avoid late fees.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Submit non-emergency maintenance requests through the homeowner portal or by emailing our support team. For urgent issues affecting safety or common areas, call our 24/7 emergency line.
How do I request approval for an exterior change to my home?
Complete the Architectural Review Request Form available in your AppFolio homeowner portal. Our team will route it to your community's architectural review committee.
I'm a title company or agent — how do I request resale documents?

What happens if I receive a compliance violation notice?
You'll receive a written notice describing the issue and a timeframe to resolve it. If you have questions or believe the notice was issued in error, contact our compliance team directly — details are on the notice.
